Welcome to OnRake. These Terms set out the rules for using our website and services, and your rights and responsibilities as a player. Please read them carefully — by using OnRake, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Website”) and all related services (the “Service”). Please read them carefully — they set out your rights and obligations and form a binding legal agreement between you (the “Customer”) and us. By using the Website or the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any future updates. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website or the Service.
2. General Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Please check this page periodically. Changes take effect as soon as they are published and are binding from that point. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the Service immediately; continuing to use the Website means you accept the updated Terms. Any bets placed but not yet settled before a change takes effect remain governed by the previous Terms. Where required, we will notify you of updates and ask you to confirm your agreement.
3. Your Obligations
Each time you use the Website and the Service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if it is higher. We may ask for proof of age at any time.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.
- You are responsible for checking that gambling is legal where you live. We cannot verify the law in every jurisdiction, so by using the Website you confirm that doing so is lawful for you.
- You are the authorised user of the payment method you use, and all funds in your account are legal.
- You will make all payments in good faith and will not try to reverse a payment or cause it to be reversed.
- You understand you may lose some or all of the money you deposit, and you accept full responsibility for those losses.
- You will not use information obtained in breach of any law when placing bets.
- You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not for any other person or for commercial purposes.
- You will not manipulate any market or part of the Service, or act in any way that harms its integrity or us.
- You will act in good faith at all times when using the Service.
- You (and your employees, employers, agents, or family members) are not registered in our affiliate program.
- You will provide only true, accurate, and complete information — at registration and whenever we ask — and you will update it promptly if it changes.
- You understand that registration details cannot be changed at will; to update them, contact our support team, who may request KYC documents.
- You understand the volatility of the crypto market and accept that a currency’s price may change while a withdrawal is pending or being processed.
- You are mentally competent and do not suffer from a gambling addiction. If someone with such a problem uses the Service, responsibility rests solely with them.
- You will not use third-party software anywhere on OnRake, and will not exploit any game or platform bugs.
Conduct in Chats and with Support
You must communicate respectfully with other users and with our support team. You must not insult others, abuse the platform or our staff, or discuss racist, religious, or political topics in public areas. You must not post illegal or offensive content, including obscene language, pornography, drugs, weapons, or violence. Disrespect or aggression toward support may result in support being withdrawn and your account being blocked.
4. Restricted Use
You must not use the Service:
- If you are under 18 (or below the legal age where you live), lack legal capacity, or are acting on behalf of someone underage.
- If you live in a country where online gambling is prohibited.
- To collect other customers’ nicknames, emails, or information — for example, by spamming or unauthorised linking.
- To disrupt or unfairly influence other customers or the operation of the Service.
- To promote unsolicited advertising, affiliate links, or other solicitations (which we may remove without notice).
- To cheat the Service or another customer, or to collude for a dishonest advantage.
- To scrape our odds or infringe our intellectual property.
- For any unlawful activity.
- Creating multiple accounts to collude, defraud, or abuse the Service is prohibited and may result in account closure.
Using any software that gives an unfair advantage — such as betting-statistics tools, scanners, card counters, or programs that calculate probabilities or guide your decisions — is prohibited. Bets and funds gained this way are treated as illegitimate. We may withhold those funds (including your deposit) and permanently block the account. These decisions are made at our sole discretion and cannot be appealed. If the illegitimately won amount exceeds your account balance, we may recover the difference from you, including through legal claims.
You may not sell, transfer, or buy an account. We may immediately terminate your account, on written notice, if you use the Service for unauthorised purposes, and may take legal action where appropriate. Restrictions on third-party products (such as live games, table games, and slots) are set by the product provider and are outside our control.
5. Registration
When you register and use the Service, the following apply:
- We may refuse any registration at our sole discretion, without giving a reason.
You must complete the registration form yourself and accept these Terms. We may require you to verify your identity by providing documents such as a passport, driver’s licence, or national ID, plus a recent utility bill as proof of address. We may suspend betting or restrict your account until we receive them. This is required under gaming and anti-money-laundering rules. You must also fund your account using one of the payment methods we offer.
If you register by email, you must provide a valid email address (your “Registered Email Address”) and keep it up to date. We use this address to contact you, including about changes to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure; we are not liable for losses arising from communications sent to it. We may suspend your account if you intentionally provide false information.
You may hold only one account. We may immediately close duplicate accounts — including those opened through relatives, associates, affiliates, or others acting on your behalf.
We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity or financial standing, or use third-party providers to do so. If we obtain data from a third party, we will tell you.
You must keep your password confidential and change it regularly. We may assume that any activity using your correct account details is yours. Protecting your password is your responsibility, and any failure to do so is at your own risk. Tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed or your password discovered; we will suspend the account but may ask you to verify your identity. Until then, you remain responsible for all account activity.
You must not share Service content with others by screen capture, framing, or any method that misrepresents how it normally appears.
- On registering, you can use all currencies available on the Website for deposits, withdrawals, and bets. If you use or win currencies with low market liquidity, we may pay your winnings in USDT at the exchange rate at the time of your win, at our sole discretion.
- We are not obliged to open an account for you; our sign-up page is only an invitation to apply. We may decline without giving a reason.
- We may contact you for further information or documents to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
- If you register by email but do not verify your account within 30 days, we may delete it. We may change this period.
Only one account is allowed per email address, wallet, and so on. Exceptions for shared accounts may be made only after all users prove their identity with accurate, real names. Anyone creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses will forfeit related winnings and may have their accounts blocked without notice.
All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Winnings, bonuses, and returns from a duplicate account may be questioned and reclaimed, and you must return any funds we demand that were withdrawn from it.
Identity Verification
We comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing rules. We investigate suspicious transactions and, in such cases, may be legally prohibited from informing you or anyone else involved. We may suspend, freeze, block, delete, or close an account and withhold funds where the law or competent authorities require.
We check all transactions to prevent money laundering and other illegal activity. By accepting these Terms, you authorise us to verify your identity and contact details, including through third parties such as regulators. We may ask you for information to complete these checks, and may freeze or close your account until you provide it.
If you do not confirm that you are 18 or older, we may freeze your account until you prove your age. If we find you are underage and have used the Website, Section 16 applies.
If you breach these Terms — or we reasonably suspect you have — we may terminate your account with or without notice. Outstanding bets will be cancelled, the account closed, and any winnings, bonuses, and incentives may be confiscated. We may then, at our discretion and on your request, return the remaining real-money balance, subject to reasonable charges, our legal obligations, and our ability to pay to a verified payment method belonging only to you. Providing false or misleading information is treated as a serious breach and fraud; in that case we may terminate your account without notice, compensation, or refund of your balance.
6. Your Account
Accounts may use several currencies; balances and transactions appear in the currency used.
We do not provide credit for using the Service.
- We may close or suspend your account — sometimes without prior notice — if you don’t comply with these Terms, to protect the integrity or fairness of the Service, or for other reasonable grounds. In cases of non-compliance, we may also cancel or void your bets and withhold the money in your account (including your deposit).
- We may close or suspend any account without prior notice and without returning all funds, though obligations already due will be honoured.
- We may refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any wager at any time, including bets that appear fraudulent or designed to bypass our limits or rules.
- If money is credited to your account by mistake, it remains our property; we will notify you and recover it.
- If your account becomes overdrawn, you owe us the overdrawn amount.
Tell us as soon as you notice any account error. If we believe you have abused a bonus or promotion or acted in bad faith, we may block or terminate your account and are not obliged to refund any funds in it.
- Betting is for entertainment only — stop when it stops being fun, and never bet what you can’t afford to lose. If you feel you’ve lost control, you can self-exclude by emailing Customer Support from your Registered Email Address; the request takes effect within 24 hours and your account will be disabled until further notice. You can also use the time-alert tool to track and limit your gaming sessions. Please read our Responsible Gambling Policy for more.
- You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge your account or any of its assets (including winnings, deposits, bets, rights, or claims) to anyone else in any form.
- To close your account, email Customer Support from your Registered Email Address.
- We keep betting history for no longer than 30 days.
When you request account closure, you accept that the account cannot be reopened and its history will be permanently deleted. We strongly recommend withdrawing all funds before closing it.
An account unused for 12 calendar months may be frozen. To unfreeze it, you must complete verification and confirm it belongs to you.
While an account is frozen with a positive balance, we may charge a monthly administrative fee of 50 USDT (or the equivalent, or the remaining balance if less).
An account that has been frozen and inactive for 24 months may be deleted regardless of balance and cannot be restored.
7. Inactive Accounts
We do not block or suspend accounts simply for inactivity. You will continue to receive any staking payouts during inactive periods, and when you return, your previous balances and bonuses will be preserved.
8. Deposits
Each currency has a minimum deposit amount. Sending less than the minimum will result in the loss of those funds, which cannot be refunded. There is no maximum deposit limit. Some deposits may take time depending on network activity.
Fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals; details are on the Website. We usually cover transaction fees for deposits to your account, but you are responsible for any charges from your own wallet.
- You agree to pay all charges due to us or our payment providers, and not to reverse, charge back, or cancel any deposit. If you do, you must reimburse us (including our collection costs), and any winnings from those funds will be forfeited.
- You must not deposit funds from criminal, illegal, or unauthorised sources.
- We may forfeit any positive balance in cases of wager resets, duplicate accounts, collusion, fraud, criminal activity, or fakes.
- We do not offer refunds for deposits except as stated in these Terms.
9. Withdrawals
Because of our anti-fraud checks, a withdrawal may take up to seven days — or longer if needed — while the necessary procedures are completed to keep your funds secure.
We cannot guarantee that a withdrawal or refund will be processed if you have broken these Terms.
Withdrawing funds is your responsibility. We do not refund funds lost because the receiving wallet or platform rejected the transaction, or because you chose the wrong network or coin.
We may change the withdrawal fee at any time without prior notice.
- We may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or the Service while an investigation is ongoing, or for other reasons at our Risk Department’s discretion, and may temporarily limit the number of transactions without warning.
- If your winnings total $50,000 or more, we may, in exceptional cases, pay them in equal instalments over a maximum of 60 days.
- If you have set a maximum-withdrawal limit, transactions created earlier may be rejected by our Risk Department or automatically.
If you use or win currencies with low market liquidity, we may pause the withdrawal to convert them into USDT. The list of such currencies changes, so each case is decided individually at our discretion and cannot be appealed. Processing in these cases may take longer, but no more than 48 hours.
You may withdraw only to the same wallet, card, or account — and via the same payment method or blockchain — that you used to deposit. Withdrawals to third parties are not allowed. Using a different wallet, method, or blockchain, or depositing from exchange (CEX) hot wallets or similar services, may lead us to freeze the withdrawal and require additional verification.
Some fiat withdrawals may, in exceptional cases, take up to seven business days due to delays from payment providers or banks, or because of incorrect details you provided. We may also run extra checks where we suspect irregular activity.
10. Payments and Payment Processors
You are responsible for all payments owed to us. You must pay in good faith and not reverse any payment to avoid a legitimate liability. You will reimburse us for any chargeback, denial, or reversal and any resulting loss.
Before depositing, make sure the deposit address, destination tag/memo (if required), and token chain are correct, and that you meet the minimum amount. If you make a mistake with a deposit or withdrawal, that is your responsibility — we are not liable for it.
We may check all transactions to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authority.
11. Errors
If our system or processes malfunction, all affected bets are void. You must tell us as soon as you notice an error. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from communication or system errors, bugs, or viruses connected to the Service, and we may void the affected games or bets and take corrective action.
We try to avoid errors in our betting lines, but if a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly wrong or materially different from the general market at the time, we may cancel or void that wager — including after an event has started.
We may recover any amount overpaid and adjust your account to fix a mistake (for example, an incorrect price or result). If your balance is insufficient, we may ask you to pay the outstanding amount, and we may cancel, reduce, or delete affected pending bets.
12. Sports Betting: Rules, Refunds, and Cancellations
- The winner of an event is determined on its settlement date. We do not recognise protested or overturned decisions for betting purposes.
- If a bet or its odds were calculated incorrectly — through human error, system error, or a mistake by the results source — we will reset or correct the result.
- If a match result is overturned by the governing body within the payout period, all money is refunded.
If a draw occurs where a draw option was offered, bets on a team to win or lose are lost. If no draw option was offered, stakes are refunded if the match is drawn; if extra time is played, it counts.
We set minimum and maximum wager amounts, which may change without notice, and we may adjust limits on individual accounts.
You are responsible for your own transactions. Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be changed. We are not responsible for missing or duplicate wagers; please review your bets in the “My Bets” section after each session.
A matchup stands as long as the two teams are correct, regardless of the league heading shown.
Start times for eSports matches are indicative only. If a match is suspended or postponed and not resumed within 72 hours of the scheduled start, bets are void and refunded — except bets on a team or player to advance or win the tournament, which stand.
- We calculate bets using the official scoring provider or competition website. If these are unavailable or clearly wrong, we wait for the official result. We may recalculate bets whose result changed after the event or was calculated incorrectly.
- If an event is posted with the wrong date, bets stand based on the date set by the governing body.
- If a team uses stand-ins, the result still stands — it was the team’s choice.
- We may remove events, markets, and other products from the Website.
- A full explanation of our sports rules is on the separate Sports Betting Rules page.
- Bets cancelled by the provider, or where you used the cash-out function, will not count toward wagering or Battle progress.
13. Communications and Notices
- You should send all notices to us through Customer Support on the Website.
- We will send notices to you by posting them on the Website and/or emailing your Registered Email Address; the method is at our discretion.
- All notices must be in writing in English and sent to or from your Registered Email Address.
From time to time we may email you about betting, promotions, and other OnRake information. You agree to receive these when you accept these Terms, and you can opt out at any time in your account settings.
14. Matters Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“force majeure”), despite reasonable preventive measures — for example, natural disasters, labour disputes, power cuts, government actions, telecommunications failures, or third-party failures. In such cases we may cancel or suspend the Service without liability.
15. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for foreseeable loss or damage if we fail to meet our obligations, unless we breach a legal duty (including causing death or personal injury through negligence). We are not liable where a failure is caused by your own fault, by an unrelated third party (such as network or device issues), or by events neither we nor our suppliers could have foreseen. As the Service is for consumer use only, we are not liable for business losses of any kind.
We strongly recommend that you check the Service is compatible with your device before use, and that you protect yourself against harmful software, including by installing antivirus protection.
16. Underage Gambling
- If we suspect you are — or were — under 18 (or below the legal age where you live) when you placed bets, we will suspend your account to prevent further bets or withdrawals and investigate, including whether you bet on behalf of someone underage. If we find you are or were underage, or were betting for someone underage: all winnings will be withheld and any already paid must be returned on demand (we will seek to recover our costs if you don’t comply); and any deposited funds that are not winnings will be returned to you, or held until you turn 18, at our discretion. We may deduct payment transaction fees, including deposit fees we previously covered.
- This also applies if you are over 18 but below the higher legal age required in your jurisdiction.
- If we suspect you are breaching this section or relying on it for fraud, we may take any necessary action to investigate, including informing law enforcement.
17. Anti-Fraud and AML Policy
OnRake prohibits any use of the Service for illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions violations. We may block accounts suspected of money laundering and stop transactions until our Risk Department completes its checks.
Under our AML policy, all crypto deposits carry a basic rollover requirement: you must wager 100% of a deposit on gaming or sports betting before you can withdraw. For example, if you deposit the equivalent of $300 in USDT, you must wager at least $300 in USDT before a withdrawal can be approved. This applies to every crypto balance. Accounts may be investigated until requirements are met, and payments paused during that time.
You confirm that the funds and digital assets you deposit — or use to buy digital assets you deposit — do not come from money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity. We may, without giving a reason, ask you to confirm the source of those funds and may freeze them until you do.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform without notice where we reasonably suspect:
- An operational or other error affecting your account (suspended until fixed).
- Unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activity, or a breach of these Terms.
- A link to, or high risk of, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Your involvement in attempts to gain unauthorised account access.
- That your account is subject to legal, regulatory, or government process, or poses a heightened compliance risk.
- That we are compelled to act by a subpoena, court order, or binding order from an authority.
- That your name appears on a sanctions list.
Accounts with no activity, or that repeat the same type of operation over a period, may also be treated as suspicious. We may require you to withdraw funds to the same wallet you deposited from, and may require KYC at any stage — during deposit or withdrawal. This is mandatory for all users.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
We may request KYC documents at any time and may restrict the Service, deposits, or withdrawals until your identity is confirmed. We expect a first response within 7 days, with the full procedure completed within 30 days. If we suspect fraud, or you decline to provide requested information or miss the deadline, we may permanently close access to your account.
KYC may include: requesting identification (such as a valid ID document and a selfie); verifying the information you provided; asking about your occupation, source of funds, and source of income; confirming your location and jurisdiction; reviewing your personal and professional information; analysing your gambling activity; and any other checks we consider necessary to confirm your identity and location.
All information and documents you provide are strictly confidential. We take reasonable steps to protect them from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access — including password-protected systems and encryption — and you can request deletion of your personal data through our support team. Your information may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including countries with different data protection laws, and we safeguard it in line with applicable law. We keep it for as long as you use our Services or as needed to meet our legal and operational obligations, then securely delete or anonymise it.
We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any customer involved in fraud, dishonesty, or criminal acts, and will withhold payment where these are suspected. You will be liable for all costs and losses (direct, indirect, or consequential, including lost profit, business, and reputation) arising from your fraud, dishonesty, or criminal act.
Under our AML policy, users who deposit by fiat (cash) must meet a minimum wagering requirement of 1× the deposited amount.
18. Intellectual Property
Any unauthorised use of our name or logo may result in legal action.
We are the sole owners of the rights to the Service, our technology, software, business systems, and odds. You must not use your profile for commercial gain, and we may remove or reclaim a nickname if we consider it appropriate.
You may not use our URLs, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, logos, or odds with any product or service that isn’t ours, or in any way that confuses customers or disparages us.
Except as stated in these Terms, we grant you no rights to our systems or marks. You must not use any automated or manual tool to monitor or copy our pages or content; unauthorised use or reproduction may lead to legal action.
19. Your Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence ends when our agreement with you ends.
Except for your own content, you must not modify, publish, transmit, sell, reproduce, distribute, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Service, its content, or its software, except as we expressly allow. You must not alter, merge, or republish any content — including by screen or database scraping or any attempt to collect, store, or manipulate it.
Breaching this section may also infringe our or others’ intellectual property rights and expose you to civil liability or criminal prosecution.
20. Your Conduct and Safety
To protect you and all our customers, posting any content or behaving in any way that is unlawful, inappropriate, or undesirable is strictly prohibited (“Prohibited Behaviour”). If you engage in Prohibited Behaviour, or we determine that you are, we may terminate your account and access immediately without notice. Legal action may be taken by us, other customers, third parties, or authorities.
Prohibited Behaviour includes, but is not limited to, using the Service to:
- Share information you know is false, misleading, or unlawful.
- Carry out any unlawful activity, including anything that promotes crime, violates others’ rights, or spreads viruses.
- Harm minors in any way.
- Transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
- Transmit content you don’t have the right to share, including anything that infringes others’ intellectual property.
- Transmit software viruses or code designed to disrupt or damage the Service or any system.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, including using cheats, mods, hacks, or interception tools.
- Use bots or automated tools to retrieve or index information from the Service.
- Take part in any activity that results, or may result, in another customer being defrauded.
- Send unsolicited advertising or mass mailings, such as spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
- Create accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
- Impersonate another customer or third party.
- Cheat or gain unfair advantage, including exploiting system errors or using bots.
- Engage in criminal activity, including money laundering.
If you suspect another player is cheating, colluding, or acting fraudulently, please tell us immediately. We may terminate games or events to prevent fraud. This list is not exhaustive and may change at any time. We may investigate and take any action we consider appropriate, including deleting content or terminating accounts, with or without notice.
21. Links to Other Websites
The Service may link to third-party websites we don’t control or maintain. These links are provided only for convenience; we don’t check them for accuracy and don’t endorse them or their owners. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content. When visiting them, take the usual precautions, including reviewing their privacy policy and terms of use.
22. Complaints
For any concerns about these Terms, contact our Customer Service Department through the Website, using your Registered Email Address. To raise a dispute, email <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>.
We accept no liability to you or any third party for how we respond to or act on a complaint.
If you are unhappy with how a bet was settled, send the details to Customer Service. We aim to respond within a few days, and in any case within 30 days of receipt.
Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the wager being decided; we cannot honour claims made after that. You are responsible for your own account transactions.
If we cannot reach an agreed solution, the matter will be escalated to our management.
23. Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, which we will not unreasonably withhold. We may assign all or part of our rights and obligations to a third party — provided that party can offer a substantially similar service — by posting notice on the Service.
24. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to be enforceable in line with its original intent, as far as the law allows. The rest of the Terms remain valid and enforceable.
25. Breach of These Terms
Without limiting our other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your account and stop providing the Service — without prior notice — if we reasonably believe you have breached a material term. We will, however, notify you promptly of any such action.
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless OnRake and its shareholders, directors, agents, and employees against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this agreement, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the Service.
26. General Provisions
Term. These Terms remain in force while you use the Service or are a customer or visitor, and survive the termination of your account.
Gender and number. Singular includes plural and vice versa; references to one gender include the others; and references to persons include individuals and organisations.
- Waiver. No waiver of a breach is effective unless made in writing and signed by us, and applies only to the specific breach waived. Not enforcing a term at one time does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Acknowledgement. By using the Service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to every part of these Terms.
- Language. If there is any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and a translation, the English version prevails.
Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and replace all prior agreements and communications on the subject.
